York House is a full project management of all nine rooms. The house needed modernising throughout and as it is also grade II listed it has meant that listed building consent has needed to be explored also. We have completed: lounge, dining room, bathroom so far. Within the project we have been restoring original features alongside adding in what would have also been present within the rooms at that particular time; playing to modern day living as well.

A traditional wainscotting has been added to the walls with a fresh neutral colour palette. We've kept the room feeling traditional yet cosy with lots of textures and patterns including Toile Du Jouy and patterned fabrics. Lighting has also been a crucial element within this space; we have used a huge showstopper of a chandelier alongside wall lights and a bar wall light to add some mood during the evenings.
